When placing an order through Capucinekids, the user agrees to provide accurate and complete information, and to update their online account and keep it accurate and complete. Capucinekids has the right to refuse access to or terminate the accounts of users who knowingly provide inaccurate and/or incomplete information.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Your credit card security is our highest priority. www.CapucineKids.com utilizes Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption at 128 bits, an advanced encryption technology that protects the information you send us against unauthorized access.
DELIVERY / SHIPPING / PICK-UP
Capucinekids will arrange for delivery of any piece purchased online, and time allowed depends upon availability, destination, and method of delivery. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges and applicable sales tax, which are not included in quoted price. Pieces that fall within UPS's size limits will be sent via UPS. When delivering anything larger, freight shipping charges may apply. Delivery must be arranged or pieces picked up within 14 days of full payment.
Capucinekids offers free UPS ground shipping on orders whose pre-tax total exceeds $99. This free shipping offer does NOT apply to oversized or overweight items that require freight shipping. In the event of a refund, orders that originally qualified for free shipping are subject to an $8.50 surcharge.
Upon delivery, customers are advised to inspect all merchandise for obvious damage and to report the damage before signing off on delivery. We also recommend keeping copies of all shipping documents.
Capucinekids is not responsible for delays in transit or failure to deliver due to fire, flood, strike or other labor difficulty, act of God, act of any governmental authority or of the customer, riot, embargo, fuel or energy shortage, wrecks or delay in transportation, inability to obtain necessary labor, materials, services or manufacturing facilities from usual sources, failure of suppliers, subcontractors or shippers to meet their contractual obligations, or any other causes of like or unlike nature beyond Capucinekids's reasonable control.
RETURNS
1-Small to medium boxes will be charged an $8.50 surcharge
2-Large boxes will be charged actual shipping cost. Note that actual shipping cost can vary greatly depending on shipping method (ground, freight, courier, etc.) and will be handled on a case by case basis.
Special order, custom order and sale items (including floor models) are non-returnable. Furniture items are returnable for store credit only. Returned items must be returned in the original packaging.
Please contact Capucinekids at 212 219 4030 or at info@capucinekids.com before returning merchandise. Payment will be made upon receipt of returned merchandise assuming the return was previously authorized by us.
